To provide my clients with design input that will launch their projects in the right direction. It is in the early stages of design that great opportunities are either found, or lost. My consulting work therefore focuses on:
Site Planning – I will walk your land with you to discuss issues of access, topography, view, and orientation.
Conceptual Design – This phase will articulate building volumes in plan, establish hierarchy, and, above all, balance the dual priorities of shaping exterior spaces – terraces and courtyards – as well as interior spaces.
Schematic Design – This first phase of architectural design will explore plan alternatives based on the program, coupled with elevations that will reveal the project’s scale and character.
